Isang Museum na ang collection ay hindi pangkaraniwang bagay na kakatakotan ng lahat

Have you ever visited a museum? To lure viewers and guests, some museums feature bizarre and extraordinary artifacts. Most museums display vintage and historical objects. However, this creepy museum in the Netherlands relies on eeriness and shock value to draw in visitors.

You might have visited a lot of museums in the past before, but nothing could come close to the creepiness of this one. Instead of vintage artifacts, it features real-life human cadavers! Photos of this creepy museum spread like wildfire on social media, and people were intrigued with the museum’s spine-chilling displays.

The Museum Vrolik in Amsterdam, the Netherlands houses more than 150 specimens of dead infants with anatomical deformities and abnormalities. This gruesome collection was first owned by Gerardus Vrolik and his son, Willem Vrolik. During the 1800’s, the father and son were amazed by teratology or the study of congenital deformities and abnormalities.

They wrote an extensive study on this subject and by the time they had died, they had already amassed a tremendous amount of deformed specimens.

In 1869, the city of Amsterdam bought their collection and displayed it to the public. They named the museum in honor of the Vroliks. By the time the city of Amsterdam bought it, the creepy museum had already contained more than 150 specimens of bone pathology, dental collection, and other teratological wonders.

To preserve the state of the bodies, the corpses of the babies were suspended in a solution mixed with formaldehyde. Visitors are able to inspect the different deformities of the various specimens. The vast collection includes infants with extra limbs, badly-conjoined twins, infants with no eyes, babies with cleft palates, and a cyclops baby.

You’d think that people would be terrified of these gruesome specimens, but these teratology examples actually serve as the main attraction in the museum. People from all over the globe visit the creepy museum just to get a peek at these exotic specimens.

Kim Dominggo Proud na pinakita ang kanyang Boyfreind

It may not be a tad obvious but did you know that sexy GMA Network actress Kim Domingo is already in a relationship? The lucky guy is none other Michael Acuña, a former basketball player of the Philippine Basketball Association.

It has been a year in fact – Kim has made headlines with Michael before. In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal last August 2016, the actress said that she has asked Michael to limit his social media posts about them.

According to Kim, “Actually, nag-usap na kami na medyo bawas-bawasan. Lalo na siya, sobrang mag-post. Hindi po kasi maiwasan na may fans na nagagalit, parang nagko-comment na 'hindi kayo bagay. Nag-usap-usap kami [ng GMA Artist Center], naintindihan ko naman po.”

She added that Michael is also an actor in his own right. She added, “Ang alam ko po, nagte-taping-taping din siya.”

However, as of this writing, he has no current projects. In a report by Abante Tonite dated October 2016, it was revealed that Michael was not just an athlete and an actor - he’s a former model as well.

But the source added that he’s not a player in the PBA during the time the report was released.

If you look at his personal Instagram account, you’ll see that Michael has a total of 6,506 followers as of this writing. He has the handle of @therealmikeacuna. He has lots of neat selfies but from time to time, he posts pictures of his sexy girlfriend.

From his personal feed, it could be deduced that Michael’s a car enthusiast. Most of his selfies feature him behind the wheel, looking pleased.

Well, it seemed like he heeded Kim’s advice to him before – to limit his social media posts with her.
